| The villa is an open plan design. The living area has a sofa and two chairs, coffee tables, table lamps, and television, CD player and in the dining area there is a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and board On the first floor are two bedrooms that have air conditioning or warm air for the cooler season. One bedroom has a double bed and the other is a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. From the master bedroom a large glass door leads onto a balcony with stunning views to the sea. A table and chairs are provided to sit and enjoy the views. There is a family bathroom, which has a bath with hand shower over, washbasin and wc. On the ground floor is a cloakroom The water is heated by solar panels and there is an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. The swimming pool is 8 x 4m with four sun loungers on the pool terrace. Here, one can sit and enjoy the wonderful sea views across the striking blue Mediterranean Sea of Chrysochou Bay and the beautiful mountains beyond. There is a table and chairs in the garden area that is planted with specimen fruit trees and palms. The car parking area is covered. | |
