TWO x THREE BEDROOMED VILLAS WITH PRIVATE POOLS, ARGAKA near POLIS, CYPRUS. Sleeps 6 (ref PV347) These are identical three bedroom villas with air conditioning and each with it's own private swimming pool. The villas are built of traditional local stone, set amid olive and citrus groves and are reached via a little country lane in the area of Argaka; only 5 minutes' drive from the busier town of Polis and the beach resort of Latchi. Argaka is a rural area but does have local tavernas, which are within walking distance of the villas. The villas are about 800m from the quiet beach of Argaka. A small grocery shop is only a short drive away. More shops, tavernas and the market are in Polis Outside, extensive patios and sunbathing areas border the unusually large 14 metre swimming pool which has a small waterfall feature at the shallow end. There are six sunbeds and a large table and chairs where guests may enjoy a meal from the barbecue. To the side are lawns and colourful gardens. | |||||||||

The sitting room is tastefully furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, satellite television (limited channels) and open fire. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and six chairs, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle iron and board. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor with a four poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate guest cloakroom The staircase leads to a large landing with a utility area and sink at one end. Glass doors lead from here to a very large balcony overlooking the pool where guests may sit and enjoy the lovely views across the orange groves and down to the sea. Two further double bedrooms are located on this floor; one with an en-suite shower room with body-jet massage system shower, and the other with a jacuzzi whirlpool bath. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Solar panels or an immersion heater heats the water. All linen is provided except beach/pool towels. | ||
