This villa is built in traditional Cyprus style with a lovely private pool. It is set in a very peaceful location in Miliou Village with mountain and valley views. The village is nestled among the citrus orchards and almond trees on the Laona plateau north west of Paphos. In early spring the almond blossom is a spectacular sight and the orange trees are laden with fruit. The village is one of the smallest villages in Cyprus with a population of about 60. The local men frequent the nearby coffee shops whilst some of the local women can be seen using a traditional loom. The nearest supermarket is about 4 kilometres away. The beaches, tavernas, market and shops of Polis and Latchi are a short drive of about twenty minutes away.

The villa is detached with a well-designed traditional interior and furnishings. The entrance leads directly into the spacious open plan sitting/dining area. The sitting/dining area has sofas, chairs, coffee table, television, CD player, dining table and eight chairs. Large patio doors lead out onto the terrace where one can sit at the large table and enjoy the views across the valley. An archway leads through to the attractive open plan fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.

There is an air conditioned double bedroom with an ensuite shower room on this level that has patio doors leading out to the swimming pool.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large doors that lead out onto a balcony that looks over the pool area and garden. The other bedroom also has doors leading out on to the large balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bath, washbasin and w.c.

The 10m x 4m pool is set in pretty gardens where there are sunbeds, garden furniture and a barbecue.
