CYPRIOT COTTAGE WITH POOL, PERISTERONA VILLAGE, CYPRUS. Sleeps 6 (ref PV316)

This charming cottage has three bedrooms and is situated in the small, quiet village of Peristerona, about a 15-minute drive away from the beach at Latchi, on the north-west coast of the island. It is surrounded by the picturesque countryside of Polis Chrysochus and the forest of Paphos, overlooking the Gulf of Akamas. The cottage has a private swimming pool.

Features:
There is a wonderful garden full of colourful flowering shrubs, roses and many flowers. The guests can pick and eat fresh fruit and vegetables from a variety of fruit trees and the vegetable garden. Two fountains provide a refreshing atmosphere during the hot Cyprus summer. There is a barbecue with two tables and chairs. From the terrace, which is covered with grape vines, one can look down to the beautiful sea of the Akamas Gulf and during the evenings see the most wonderful sunsets.

Accommodation:
One enters the sitting area where there is an old open fireplace for winter use, a sofa and two arm chairs in traditional style, a coffee table, radio and TV. There area is open plan with a dining talbe and eight chairs, and the kitchen is at the far end. The kitchen is well fitted with wall units, a counter top and cupboards beneath. There is a large fridge/freezer, toaster, cooker with oven and a washing machine.

The three bedrooms have air-conditioning, heating and are all on the ground floor but on a different level. The master bedroom has a beautiful four-poster bed and an ensuite shower room. The further two bedrooms are double and a twin bedded room. All the bedrooms have antique wardrobes with drawers within and two bedrooms have a dressing table each. There is a bathroom with a bath and a hand shower. The cottage has quilts and blankets for the cooler months.
