| The villa is open plan, with a comfortable sitting room furnished with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player, CD player and a cosy open fire. The kitchen has granite worktops and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and board. There is a formal dining area near the kitchen, and a separate utility room houses the washing machine. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, with a four poster bed and ensuite shower room. There is also a separate guest cloakroom. Upstairs are three further bedrooms; one double with an ensuite shower room and two twin bedded rooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning/warm air units. There are two large balconies with a table and chairs where guests can sit and enjoy the lovely views. The family bathroom is fitted with a jacuzzi whirlpool bath, wash basin and w.c. The water is heated by solar panels and there is an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. Linen is provided but not beach/pool towels. Central heating is also available at this villa. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers. In the corner of the plot is a gazebo with a large dining table and ten chairs where guests may sit and enjoy a meal from the built in barbecue. There are also many colourful plants and a lawn. | |
